As a builder, Glen Burke was fed up with wearing heavy cotton socks with gaiters that cut off circulation at the ankles. Not to mention constantly losing his socks in the wash. He decided to come up with a solution.

Having been in the building game for over two decades, Glen knows that time and comfort are precious commodities in the trade.  

“As a carpenter, you have to wear gaiters to keep sawdust and stones out of your socks and boots or you’ll be covered in muck when you get home. Even with gaiters, I’ve often taken my socks out of the dryer to fold them and had sawdust fall out all over the floor.” 

Unsatisfied with the products on the market, Glen knew he had to think out of the box and use his experience and creativity as a builder to solve the problem.
