Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all orders with Australia Post.  

Shipping is a flat $5 fee for orders of 1 pair. Enjoy free shipping when you order a SOCKFORT™ 2 pack, 3 pack or 6 pack.

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed Saturday – Sunday, or on public holidays, will be processed the following business day. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, with tracking information for your parcel.

 

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. 

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, or an item you believe is not as described or appears online, please do not wear the product. Get in touch at sales@sockfort.com.au with photos of the item so we can promptly resolve the matter.
